Fantasy Football Friday 1.1

Time for weekly performance predictions.

My Must Start: Knowshon Moreno (RB) Denver

After a tough running effort of 60 yards (4 yards/carry) and no rushing TDs, I look for Moreno to come in this week with some fire against Seattle. Not only does this guy have burst, he will also be running against a weakened D-line as starting DE for the Seahawks, Chris Clemons, has an ankle issue and did not participate in practice this week if he is held out, it could mean a good day for Moreno's fantasy owners. Moreno is also a threat out of the backfield in the passing game as the only TD the offense was responsible for in Week 1 was a 4-yard TD catch by Moreno. I say look for 100 yards and at least 1 TD, but if he gets a screen in the open field... maybe 2 TD to cap the day.

My Follower Must Start: Derick Anderson (QB) Arizona

After shifting through the suggestions that my followers on Twitter sent me, it was a tough decision, but I decided to go with Anderson. Even with the well seasoned secondary of the Falcons, they will miss starting SS Eric Coleman if the knee that kept him from practicing this week keeps him out of the game. With the outstanding target of Larry Fitzgerald, and a relatively un-tested replacement of William Moore, this could be a disaster waiting to happen for the Falcons who allowed over 350 passing yards last week.
